All deliveries will be left at the door step if the couriers feel safe to leave. Or presented directly to your hands
We don’t use third-party couriers – all deliveries are made by us, personally.
We use our own vehicles to ensure your order arrives fast and fresh. Most of our products are perishable and need to be delivered on the same day they’re made – that’s why we handle delivery ourselves, with care and speed you can rely on
Please help us help the couriers, with a business address please make sure you fill in these details as then the couriers will be able to locate the business. If this isn’t added on the delivery address there could be a delay in delivery.
We also ask for the recipients phone number during order for details and smooth delivery And will help save you redelivery charges.

If we are unable to deliver Chocolate Strawberry Gifts, Chocolate Strawberry Bouquets, our courier will return the gift back to us. In this case a 50% remake fee and a re-delivery charge will apply to have your gift redelivered.

Auckland VIP Night Delivery — $ 25 Your gift will be delivered between 5pm and 9pm. Your order will need to be placed with our store before 2pm each day to make the night time delivery service. If delivery cant be left safely at the address a re-delivery fee will be charged.
Urgent Delivery — Delivery cost can range from NZ $ 30.00 to NZ $ 75.00 depending on distance from CBD
