We deliver across Auckland daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no breaks or days off.
- Orders placed before 9:00 AM will be delivered the same day.
- Orders placed after 9:00 AM will be delivered the following day.
To maintain freshness, store our products at an optimal temperature of +2°C to +6°C.
- Chocolate-covered strawberry bouquets and sets can be kept for up to 24 hours in cool conditions.
- At +18°C to +22°C (room temperature), the shelf life is reduced to 6 hours.
- After this period, berries may start releasing juice and losing their fresh appearance.
- Avoid storing near strong-smelling foods, as chocolate-covered strawberries absorb odours quickly.
- For the best experience, we recommend consuming them fresh upon delivery.
Each berry is carefully skewered onto wooden sticks of varying sizes and elegantly wrapped in gift paper.
- In all our gift bouquets, berries are securely layered on top.
- The structure ensures everything stays in place, so nothing falls out during handling.
