The Thought
12 berries · one box
For no reason at all. Or the best reason.
$70
Order nowNot berries. Hours. On 14 February every box has to be made and driven on the same day, and there is only one of me, so the day closes when the driving does.
This is the only date in the year where I turn orders away. Not to create urgency: because a box promised and not delivered on Valentine’s Day is worse than no box. When the day is full, the site says so.
Flowers on 14 February are a category. Everyone sends them, and the recipient has three vases. A box that was dipped that morning is not a category, it is a specific act with a timestamp on it.
The difference is not generosity, it is how many people are in the room when it gets opened.

Order nowTwelve berries is a quiet evening, twenty-four is the main event, thirty-six is when the day belongs to the two of you and the table shows it.
Need more than thirty-six berries? Larger orders are by arrangement — tell me the date and the number, and I will tell you what is possible.
Every box gets its own card, cut to shape and lettered to your message. You send the words — here are ones to start from.
“For you. No occasion. — [Name]”
“Yes, I did plan this. Yes, it is for you. Happy Valentine’s Day. — [Name]”
You type the message at checkout, and it is lettered with exactly what you type.
Order before 10am and the box can go out the same day. It is dipped after you order, on the day it goes out.
I confirm your delivery date the moment you order. If anything needs changing, I message you first — you never have to chase me.
I deliver across Auckland only. Fresh berries in chocolate do not survive a courier overnight.
As early as you can. The day closes when the driving does, and I would rather hold your date than turn it away.

Cut to the shape of a heart and lettered to your message. Printed, not handwritten: it is cut on a plotter, and it looks better than my handwriting.
