Auckland · Order before 10am · Delivery on your area day

Terms

Short, because a workshop of one person does not need long ones. Your rights under New Zealand consumer law sit above anything written here.

Who you are dealing with

Choco Berry Limited, trading as ChocoBerry Bliss, Auckland, New Zealand. Contact: 022 681 8075, chocoberrybliss108@gmail.com.

Ordering

  • An order is confirmed when I reply confirming the delivery date. Until then it is a request.
  • Order by 10:00 for same-day delivery, subject to the day not being full.
  • Handmade boxes need seven days’ notice and a deposit of half the price.
  • Prices are in New Zealand dollars.

Delivery

  • Auckland only. There is no courier and no shipping.
  • Delivery on a scheduled run is included in the price of the box.
  • A run leaves when there are four or more addresses on it. Your own outing is priced separately and the figure is given to you before payment.
  • Evening delivery after normal hours is possible at an additional cost.
  • If nobody is home, the box is left in a shaded spot you have named and photographed, or delivered later the same day.

Changes and cancellation

  • Standard boxes: change or cancel free of charge until 12:00 on the day before delivery.
  • After the berries are dipped, the box cannot be cancelled: it is fresh fruit made for one address.
  • Handmade boxes: the deposit covers work already done and is not refundable once the box is built.

If something is wrong

Send a photo within 24 hours of delivery and describe what is wrong. Fresh fruit does not give either of us longer than that to judge it fairly. If the box is faulty, I replace it or refund it, your choice.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and I do not intend it to. Where these terms and that Act disagree, the Act wins.

Food safety

Boxes contain milk and soy, both from the chocolate itself. Every ingredient list is printed on the allergens page. If you have a nut allergy, ask me before ordering and I will read you the current packaging.
